Historic Restoration
The challenge is usually in the transitions: drainage, flashing, carpentry tie-ins, masonry conditions, access, and the hidden issues that only show up once work begins.

Historic Past Jobs
Alden Bailey has worked on churches, schools, libraries, civic buildings, and other older properties throughout the Northeast. The common thread has always been careful restoration work, good field judgment, and coordination between trades when the building itself leaves very little room for error.
